Finance Manager - Maternity Cover - 18 month FTC i3 is a boutique recruitment agency operating in the financial markets operating out of prestigious offices in the heart of the city of London We are seeking a Finance Manager who will perform a wide range of activities for our finance division: Key Responsibilities Managing finance and accounting function Raising sales invoices and credit note Process supplier invoices and perform monthly BACS runs Reconcile complex customer statements Reconcile company bank accounts Administration and management of Sage 50 SharePoint Administration Credit control - including client management Resolving invoicing queries with client and contractors Liaising with pay providers, contractors and consultants Administrating timesheet systems Personal and corporation tax compliance Support for month end and year end accounting process General administrative duties Key skills: 3 A-levels A-C in numerical or scientific disciplines At least 3 years' experience working with Sage 50 - ideally in a recruitment setting Proven experience of managing monthly invoicing runs - ideally in a recruitment setting Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, sumif, etc.) An ability to work constructively with consultants, candidates and clients Willingness to take ownership to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively A control mentality coupled with excellent accounting, analytical and reporting skills. Ability to meet deadlines, organise and prioritise.
