Overview
We are looking to recruit a bubbly, dedicated and forward-thinking Administrator to join our busy Swindon office. This varied role will require you to think on your toes, spin a number of plates at any given time and most importantly have a smile on your face. Duties will include: Answering calls in to the business in a professional manner and directing to the relevant person Issuing paperwork to candidates and checking upon completion to ensure our high levels of compliance are met and relevant documents have been checked and verified Responding to emails into the business Entering candidates details on to our CRM platform Ensuring new starters are sent to our payroll provider Admin support to team members as and when required Sending, logging and chasing reference requests This role will be based at our Old Town office and offers: Free Parking Working hours of 0800-1700 Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch Company phone and laptop Regular team incentives Salary of £19,000 pa Previous experience in an administration-based role is essential for this role and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, resilient and a team player. We require someone with good communication skills both written and verbal and who can fit in to a small but dedicated team.
