About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team at the heart of UKRI. We are recruiting for a Planning and Performance Support Officer to cover a diverse range of activities to support our new Planning and Performance team. You will enable the smooth running of the team by coordinating team actions and activities, and provide project management and administrative support. You will plan and organise team meetings by collating and circulating papers and note-taking as well as planning and organising workshops and events. You will support the coordination of input into planning and performance reports and assist with and maintain risk and issue logs. About you You will have excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and schedule complex activities and events, as well as excellent time management skills with the ability to identify, prioritise and plan preparation and follow up work. You will have good interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with a broad range of contacts. Experience in a similar project support or administrative role is desirable, but not essential. If you have experience of taking and producing notes, minutes, decisions and actions, with the ability to accurately capture and distil key points, this would be beneficial.
