Product Manager - Office 365 Swindon - Up to £54,000 A reputable organisation based in Swindon are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to champion and promote the use of Office 365 and other Business Management Systems across both internal and to external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Champion and promote the use of existing tools including Office 365 across both internal and to external stakeholders Responsibility for the design, implementation and prioritisation of the product roadmap to ensure it allows the business to meet its strategic priorities and the Delivery Plan Lead development, identifying opportunities and ensuring use of the platform is maximised and becomes an exemplar for future services across UKRI Work collaboratively with the Head of Systems, other Business Product and Project Managers to ensure processes, systems and technology are appropriately aligned to the correct toolset to maximise our investments Work with Digital Data and Technology Team (DDaT) to ensure continuity of service and effective release management, including attendance at approval boards such as UKRI Technical Design Authority (TDA) and Transformation Boards as required. Represent the business at events, keep ahead of upcoming functionality available helping enabling tools to integrate with the product roadmap Chair product working groups to ensure we maximise our understanding and use of the product alongside delivering required communication and training to teams. Work closely with the DDaT Technical PM to ensure: appropriate testing, release management, development support, downtime planning and management to agreed service levels. Own and manage the support model including relationship between the business and 3rd party support, managing the contractual relationship, negotiation of further contracts as required and leading on resolution where any issues arise Qualifications: Essential - Degree level qualification or relevant equivalent experience Essential Extensive Office 365 or relevant BMS systems experience Senior programme or product management experience Working with and managing large teams Desirable Experience of rolling out new products Office 365 / Microsoft certification Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, time management and organisational skills Use of productivity tools, project management and Microsoft Office to an exceptional standard Excellent attention to detail, self-motivation and the willingness and commitment to succeed Understanding of agile working and a focus on continuous learning Enthusiasm for self learning to ensure one's skill set is current and evolving.
