Overview
SF Recruitment are currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well established business based in Long Eaton on a permanent basis This is a fantastic opportunity for a part qualified accountant to join a fast paced and growing team whilst reporting to the Finance Controller responsibilities of the role will include: - Production and review of month end journals - Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts pack - Supporting with the analysis of business performance, reviewing of KPI's and providing relevant commentary to explain variances. - Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting - Fixed Asset Register - Analysis of revenue and costs - Monthly supplier statement reconciliations - Assisting with the control of Stock - Assisting with the preparation of information required for the year end statutory accounts. - Any other adhoc duties as required to support the business The ideal candidate will be: - AAT Qualified or a graduate holding a relevant degree - Studying or looking to study towards their ACCA/CIMA Qualification - Have strong excel skills - 2 years experience working within an accounting function - Self Starter and Proactive - Excellent Communication skills In return our client is looking at offering: - Competitive Salary - Full Study Support with Study Leave - 25 holiday days bank holidays - Cycle to work scheme - Annual Bonus Scheme - Flexible Working - Share Scheme We will be looking to interview as soon as possible, so please apply now for immediate consideration
