Administrative Support Location - Erith Head Office £22,000 - £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience) The Würth Group is a leading industrial consumable products provider with over 400 companies and a global workforce of 77,000. We are to looking to recruit an assistant to help support the many varied tasks that are required in the day-to-day running of the Company: The Role: Working closely with the management team to create, edit and proof-read communications ensuring it is engaging, informative and represents our visions and values. Continually review and improve the methods and delivery of communication in the business. Manage information tools such as internal newsletters, posters, visual displays and presentations/videos for the Company. Coordinating arrangements for visitors and employees' flights, hotels, parking & transfers. Facilitating meetings (meeting room bookings, meeting room preparation, lunch, refreshments etc.) Control of external subcontractors. Coordinating maintenance. Minute taking when required. General office administration. The Person: You will be extremely organised, self-motivated and able to manage conflicting deadlines Have extremely good administration skills with a high attention to detail Hold excellent communications skills both verbally and written.
