We are looking for a Credit Control Manager to join our diverse and fast paced team. You must have previous managerial or supervisory experience and confident in liaising with Contractors and other construction professionals. This role will suit a driven and hardworking professional person, who enjoys the challenge of working in a demanding finance role. Key Responsibilities: Leading, developing and overseeing three Credit Controllers Report to the Finance Manager on progress / tracking and reducing aged debt Forecasting revenue collections Maintaining and developing own ledger of key accounts Liaising daily with key stakeholders, clients and suppliers Hosting and participating in team meetings, and supplier meetings Hosting conference calls/meetings with other areas of the Crawford business to resolve revenue / debt issues Meeting with suppliers and colleagues at other locations when required One-to-one team meetings Set and adhere to SLAs Set and monitor KPIs Set monthly team targets in-line with objectives, monitor maintain excellent standards. About You: Analytical individual who can manage and reconcile queries Resilience and determination to resolve complex issues through an organised and structure approach An organised person who can see a range of tasks through to completion, work to strict deadlines and manage your own workload Builds trust and respect by keeping to commitments Works collaboratively with others to achieve individual and team objectives Ideally you will be CICM qualified however we will also consider those with extensive credit control experience Knowledgeable on the use of Navision is preferable, although not essential Strong Excel skills (Vlookup and Pivot Tables) Experience in Insurance services or with a Building Contractor highly preferable Experienced team leader, managing at least 2 controllers in a previous position Why Crawford: People taking care of people.
