Senior Full-stack Developer - up to 60k This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Senior Full-stack Software developer with a client I am working with based in Wantage. The Role: In this Senior Full-stack Software Developer position you will be working across the backend and frontend of their applications, working to help improve the overall experience of their products through identifying areas of the code and user experience to improve, as well as adding new features and functionality. We're looking for a Developer with a passion for building high-quality software, with strong engineering principles and a desire to work in an Agile environment. The Company: You will be joining a software house that develop a variety of market-leading software applications - both desktop and mobile apps - used by the emergency services and military. The company have grown substantially over the last few years and are set to grow even further, so this is an exciting time for a Senior C# Software Developer to join What's Required? For this Senior Full-stack Software Developer role, we're looking for experience with: Essential requirements: Experience building web-applications in a microservices environment Experience coding with C#, ASP.Net, Restful APIs Containerisation with Docker (or similar) Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar framework) Experience in Design Patterns in either MVVM or MVP A knowledge and experience of working to development best practices Extensive knowledge of object orientated programming Communicates comfortably with internal stakeholders and immediate team. Experience in using GIT source control (Branching, Pull Requests, Merge and rebase) Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile practices Comfortable working in a green field site which iterates and changes rapidly Ability to work without supervision and under pressure Desirable: Experience or knowledge in TDD unit testing Experience with SQL Knowledge of NoSql databases (e.g. MongoDb) Knowledge of GIS systems AWS Experience of developing secure server microservice If this role sounds suitable please apply for consideration.
