Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Transport Planner / Project Manager with experience in Transport Strategy, Policy and Infrastructure to join a client in Oxford. Your main duties include developing, implementing and delivering transport and infrastructure projects across the area as well as overseeing transport planning studies, liaising with planning authorities and developers and ensuring all schemes are delivered on time and within budget This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £350 - £370 per day - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available Working within the Transport team your main duties include: ·Developing and delivering major transport and transport infrastructure projects ·Overseeing transport planning studies ·Liaising with planning authorities and developers regarding new schemes ·Ensuring all planning and transport elements of projects are delivered on time and within budget Previous experience in Highways / Transport Planning / Public Realm is essential for this role.
