Overview
Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Oxford - FT - £42k OH330 We are working with a large OH Provider to source a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work at a client site in Oxford. Main duties of the role include: Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health whether in person or by written referral. Assess fitness to work for the appropriate job role. Support the OH manager to advise, monitor and assess the clinical practice of the OH team. Provide health surveillance. Provide leadership in the development and provision of a high profile and pro-active Occupational Health Service. Undertake defined projects as agreed with the head of Occupational health. Assist in the design and implementation of Health Promotion initiatives in partnership with the wider OH team. Develop good working relationships and maintain effective communications with client’s managers. Requirements of the role: Registration with NMC Part 3. Experience delivering health surveillance activities and undertaking medicals. Presenting and delivering health promotion. Work confidently independently and also within a team framework. Confident IT skills. Able to demonstrate evidence of up to date clinical knowledge This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified individual to further expand their skills and expertise in a supportive team environment.
