Job Description
Our client is an established and successful FM Service Provider, operating particularly well within the public sector. It is currently looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager for a healthcare site in Oxford. The Senior Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the soft services that includes: Cleaning, Porters and Catering. The successful Senior Operations Manager will report into the contract General Manager and be responsible for their allocated annual P&L (£15m) and spend in their department. It is essential that the applicants have a proven track record of operating in the healthcare environment. The Senior Operations Manager must be a strong operator and people manager, the overall size of the team comes in at 650 people across 3 teams. This is high pressured contract; you must be able to come in and hit the ground running. Our client is offering a fantastic remuneration for this latest opportunity: The successful Senior Operations Manager will get: · £50,000 - £52,000 · £5,400 car allowance · Pension · Healthcare · Excellent long term opportunity and career progression.
