Overview
Our client is a global based law firm with core sites in New York, London, Berlin and Singapore who have invested heavily in ServiceNow over the past 18 months and are now building out a CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to control their assets, licences and general data. An experienced Change Manager is needed to design and build a global change management process to integrate into ServiceNow and to help mature the CMDB to next stage (so configuration management experience is desirable). The ideal candidate will be an ITIL Expert or very strong in terms of experience with ITIL and someone with a backdrop of law (preferred) or professional services. The work will be based on a 6-month initial contract based out of either London or Berlin, but with travel between the sites as the group is split across the locations offering a rate of £600-£650 per day. Interview stage will likely be two phases, the first being in London and with video conference out to Berlin.
