Overview
The client I’m currently working with are a rapidly growing food manufacturer. They are supplying into the retail and foodservice sectors with a brilliant plan for the future. There is currently a vacancy for them to join them as a New Product Development Manager. The Role: -Managing several projects from the full concept to launch process. -Supporting the recipe development, product/ ingredient benchmarking and delivering samples to customers. -Making sure products adhere to Food Safety standards and regulations. -Mange production in small and large batches. The Candidate: -3-5 years’ experience in a similar role- Must be in a food manufacturing environment. -Ability to constantly thing outside the box with an innovative attitude. -Keen foodie who is up to date with market trends.
