Senior Project Manager/Associate Director Your new company My client is a market leading surveying consultancy based in Edinburgh, with a great local reputation, and currently responsible for delivering large commercial projects throughout the UK. Your new role A fantastic opportunity for a senior project manager looking to make the transition into an Associate Director level, either immediately or with the view to show your ability and make the jump in 12 months. What you'll need to succeed MRICS APC qualified Private practice experience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders and billing Confident in front of clients and being able to build rapport with them Previous experience and desire to manage and mentor junior staff A good mixed project sector range (health, education, retail, office and residential would be ideal) What you'll get in return An opportunity to work with a fantastic company and take the next step in your career at a fantastic company who operate under a very close knit working culture.
