The firm's highly regarded Corporate Finance Department is seeking a senior corporate finance solicitor with 5 years' PQE to join its partner led team. The quality of work is excellent and clients include an array of large, well known, high street banks and investment groups. Matters the firm deal with include: Corporate banking Acquisition finance Structured finance Development finance Real estate finance Asset-backed lending Invoice finance Restructuring Cross border finance transactions Finance litigation The work will encompass a broad range of corporate transactional matters and you will work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and 4 other solicitors.
