Overview

The primary purpose of the Sales Operations Administrator and Sales Operations team is to manage global subscription contracts for the client's products. This will include processing subscriptions in Salesforce and SAP, managing orders and payments and dealing with queries from both internal and external clients. Client Details The client is an industry leading provider of creidt, debt market and macro intelligence solutions and the primary distributor of the clients content. The Sales Operations Administrator sits within the Global Content Operations team of this client which is the fastest growing area of the business. Description The core duties of the Sales Operations Administrator are: Champion of order processing according to internal services standards, company policies and procedures.  Salesforce (CRM) and ecommerce platform data management.  Liaising with Sales teams globally to collate status of contracts within a specific timescale  Efficient query management by email and telephone  Fulfil vendor registration requests  Proactively log, escalate and follow up on issues with customer service and internal systems.  Data retrieval, analysis and presentation.  General office admin duties including scanning and filing of contracts  Complete all tasks and duties in an efficient and timely manner.  Participate in internal projects impacting the Sales Operations Team (as and when required). Profile Must be numeric, highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.  Knowledge in MS applications, Word, Excel & Outlook.  Experience of using an e-commerce platform and Salesforce (CRM) an advantage-especially if done within Financial Services  Experience of using SAP and or other advanced finance systems an advantage.  Confident and enthusiastic team player.  Self-motivated who can work independently  Proactive with a can-do attitude.  Thrives on a fast-moving, demanding environment and challenges.  Ability to develop productive and mutually beneficial relationships with other teams across the business.  Passionate about providing first class Customer Service  Technically savvy with understanding of key processes and communication feeds between systems.  Proficient user of customer database for management of queries, orders, payment and fulfilment.  Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality of tasks produced and to meet simultaneous deadlines.  Reliable and flexible to meet business needs and objectives.
