Overview
Leading media group looking for an Interilm Finance Business partner to support their senior technology leadership as they undertake a large scale change program. The position is a 18 month fixed term position initially and are looking for someone to start on short notice. Key Duties & Responsibilities Key partner to FP&A Director and senior technology leadership across international markets on all commercial finance matters relation to technology Scope and quickly build understanding of the group's technology organisations and the change program underway to quickly add commercial value Deliver accurate and timely bugeting and forecasting reporting particualrly covering headcount spend, all 3rd party costs and investments Model and deliver insight on financial implications of short, mid and longer term progress as program moves toward target operating model Ensure appropriate recharging and transfer pricing processes are in place across markets Have a deep understanding of the whole technology landscape of the business, developing appropriate recharging models where needed that meet transfer pricing agreement requirements as set out by the Head of Corporate Tax and Treasury. To identify, develop and model financial implications of the GPT target operating model in both the short, medium and long term across in conjunction with the US business. Liaise with management accounts team for accurate month end recording and reporting Partner international markets in ensuring they are aligned with group strategy and understand local market cost drivers directly related to the program. Adhoc project work Skills and Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) Business partnering experience within a complex, matrix environment Experience in position partnering Technology and product teams highly desireable Experience working across international markets a plus Ability to manage relationships with a large number of senior stakeholders Excellent communicator with ability to push back whilst working collaboratively Multi-tasker and problem solver £60-65,000
