A Head Chef is required for a 40-cover stylish restaurant with an exceptional reputation for its food and service in the heart of Birmingham city centre. This Head Chef role is offering a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus. The owners of this restaurant are looking for a Head Chef who has a background in Rosettes or Michelin – the reason being that there are already awards given to this restaurant but more for the future are planned. This restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. As a Head Chef you will need to be creative, passionate and driven.
