We are recruiting for a Senior Sous chef in Reading for a very high profile BI site. This is a great opportunity for you to make the first move to becoming a HC. Your role is to ensure fantastic food and exceptional service is provided, whilst managing the P&L accounts and your kitchen brigade Responsibilities Will be managing a brigade of 6 Responsible for the P&L accounts Assist in creating menus Reporting to the regional Head Chef Stock taking, ordering of stock and manage wastage Training and motivating the staff Build excellent relationship with the client Ensure all customer requirements are delivered Who are we looking for?
