Commercial Account Handler, City, up to £30,000 (DOE), working for an Independent Lloyd's Broker Your new company: Your new job working as a Commercial Account Handler will be working for will be working for an Independent Lloyd's Broker with their head office in the City. They have been established for over 20 years and are rapidly growing into one of the UK market leaders. With specialisms in Professional Indemnity, Property, Commercial and Private clients. Your new company is dedicated to treating their customers fairly and aim to be transparent in everything they do. Due to growth within their Commercial division, a permanent position for a Commercial Account Handler has arisen. Your new role: Your new job working as a Commercial Account Handler based within the Corporate Commercial means you will be working under 2 Account Executives, responsible for servicing and administering portfolios of Commercial clients from inception to completes as well as providing administrative support. Dealing with renewals, MTA's as well as helping to produce new business from referrals and identifying and pursuing opportunities to cross sell appropriate products and services to clients. Other duties will include preparing technical documentation on their OPEN GI as well as handling client's claims quickly, fairly and efficiently. What you'll need to succeed: Your previous experience working an Account Handler dealing with Commercial or related risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have experience of OPEN GI systems and have strong experience in handling Commercial Combined business. Proactive diary management skills to ensure all client's queries and issues have been dealt with efficiently and within a timely manner. You will have good communication skills, great attention to detail and diligence to succeed in this role.
