Overview

I am working on behalf of a nationwide, reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Senior Bid Lead within their company. You can be based anywhere in England or Wales. Primary responsibilities Responsible for the timely planning, management and completion of allocated questionnaires and tender submissions with accurate and up to date information. Planning, drafting, writing and coordinating responses to bids. Being able to construct relevant answers which clearly answer the requirements, ensuring that Head Office and branches are in the best position to be successful in the process. Reviewing bid submissions for quality and accuracy that is aligned with company standard. Set up skype calls or visit franchise offices to gather information for supporting the bid writing such as obtaining and sharing best regional practice. Develop and use creative approaches to the writing and presentation of bids Maintain a high level of market intelligence, legislative requirements and best practice in order to create winning bids, constantly researching to improve bid content. Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations Contributing in cost and price calculations Coordination of tender reviews and meet deadlines for submission. Managing the production of pre-qualification questionnaires and tender documents Attending tender interviews Carry out pre-bid research Create / assist with PowerPoint presentations, when required for tendering process. Source possible business opportunities via specific websites Develop and manage a content library, uploading all new bid content for future reference. Deliver completed written bid responses to senior management before submission. Participate in the day to day work of the organization by taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
