Overview

This is a part time role and is a fixed term contract for 12 months. The advertised salary is the total salary for 3 days a week. There is no flex on this. Background: We are supporting a Social Enterprise looking to bring on an interim Finance/Ops Director for 4 days a week to cover a long term sabbatical. The Role: - Help lead strategic direction with the senior management team - Management accounts - Budgeting/forecasting - Financial planning activities - Preparation of the annual budget - Transactional duties including invoicing and banking - Ensure statutory and legal compliance - HR duties including performance reviews - Lead all HR policies - Manage payroll - Ensure IT and systems are effective About you: The successful candidate will have managed finance, HR, legal and ops in an SME. - ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified - SORP experience - Asset management industry experience - Statutory and legal knowledge - Self-starter - Exceptional attention to detail
