Finance Manager | Global Music Business | London Harmonic are excited to be working alongside one of the Music Industry's key organisations, for an integral hire in their Finance function. The role has arisen from internal promotions highlighting their excellent career development programme. They are now looking for a talented Finance Manager to join the business. This role is perfect for an accountant who has a joint passion for both accounting as well as working in a non-corporate environment. It is an exciting chance to gain some great experience at a high turnover and uniquely profitable business. The Role As the Finance Manager you'll be responsible for managing a team of 7 people, all of whom are talented accountants. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for looking after the accounting function of a £750 million turnover business; this will include oversight of both management and financial accounting. Duties Responsible for delivering insightful Management Accounts Overseeing Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the business Working with FP&A teams on Variance Analysis Management and development of a team of 7 people (with the potential to increase) Oversight of VAT returns Leading on system improvement projects What we need to see (essential): ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Managerial Experience Passion to work at a music business What we'd like to see (bonus): Previous experience in the music industry Experience with Royalties based products Knowledge of Withholding Tax Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus If this is something of interest, please get in touch with your CV at or give me a call on
