Overview
James Grace Associates Ltd are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to start as a temp member of staff for their client from April. Duration: 1st April 2020 - 24th April 2020 Pay Rate:£11 per hour PAYE Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Mon -Fri) Working Hours: 9am - 5pm This position is to cover the IT team while they complete a project off-site. The successful candidate will be working alongside the IM&T Manager to service around 600 employees both F2F and over the telephone. Essential skills: ·Extensive knowledge of IT gained from working in an IT helpdesk environment for a minimum of 1 year ·Experience and Knowledge of working with Windows 10 ·Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Office 365 applications including Teams and SharePoint ·Confident to answer IT queries both on the telephone and face to face ·Experience in solving IT issues remotely Desirable: · Knowledge of SystmOne · Knowledge of ESR (Electronic Staff Record System) If you have the required experience and are interested, please apply for this job role directly.
