Overview
R.A.D Group are recruiting experienced Conveyancers to work for a firm based in Leeds City Centre. You will be required to deal with all aspects of residential Conveyancing from inception to completion and registration. Key Responsibilities - Dealing with Clients in a professional manner either on the telephone or face to face - Carrying out investigation of title . - Producing property reports. - Updating referrer websites. - Dealing with files from start to finish. - Capable of dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, newbuild work, all aspects of freehold and leasehold properties.
