Overview
Are you a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced conveyancing fee earner with a long-standing history within Residential Conveyancing? If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen at a well-known firm in Leeds. With flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home this is role you don't want to miss. Our client is a market leader within the industry and are looking for a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their offices in Leeds but with the opportunity to be home based after a settling in period. In this role you would be responsible for running your own caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters. You would be working closely with Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the team; this would involve providing feedback to Team Leaders and improving processes. The successful candidate would need to be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non qualified fee earner with upwards of 5 years' experience within Residential Conveyancing. Experience within freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions are essential. You would also need to have excellent communications skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate.
