About the firm The firm are ranked within the top 100 and have 4 offices across the country. Their award winning property team have experienced impressive and sustained growth over the past number of years with many successful tenders and this growth is set to continue. About the role This role will involve working with local government clients advising on the acquisition of residential properties. There is also the opportunity to get involved with some light commercial property matters. About you To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 1 year PQE or be a time served conveyancing fee earner. You should have an interest in expanding your remit into commercial property, although previous commercial property experience is not required.
