Overview
This reputable law firm based in Leeds city centre is seeking an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer (salary up to £28,000). You will work closely with the Real Estate Partner with exposure to the firm’s property clients and be involved in business development. Running your own caseload from instruction to completion, your role will also involve: Handling of SDLT returns, land registry searches, completion statements and mortgage lender enquiries Preparation of all legal documents Attending marketing events Assisting in managing client relationships Salary: up to £28,000 Hours: full time (35 per week) Conveyancer Plot Sales Leeds city centre Clark Legal provides a very personal, caring and confidential service, second to none.
