Overview
Portfolio Credit Control are pleased to present an excellent opportunity within a well renowned Global Luxury Retail brand based in West London. Our client are looking to hire an Experienced Credit Manager to join their dynamic, finance team, managing a team of two Credit Controllers as well as regularly liaising with the rest of the team in Europe, this vacancy is offering up to £50,000 DOE. As Credit Manager, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Manage the collections of UK and Ireland accounts Manage debit note claims and queries Following up all overdue payments in the most efficient way possible Interacting regularly with the AR team ensuring all ledgers are up to date Negotiating payment plans and reviewing payment terms on a regular basis Visiting customers in order to build strong relationships Monthly reporting and meetings with key business partners Perform regular Credit assessments and Risk reviews for customers Support Management in building EMEA Credit Risk Management database Always motivate the UK team and keep in regular communication with the EMEA team The Person Management experience is essential for this positon Retail experience is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal) Strong analytical skills and initiative Strong problem-solving skills, can-do attitude, decision-making skills Strong customer service skills in order to manage relationships This opportunity would be perfect for Credit Managers from a Retail background on the search for a new opportunity where they can enhance their skills in a Global business.
