Overview
Job Title - New Business Sales Manager Location - Flexible, ideally around Surrey (you will be covering the South of the UK) Salary - 40,000 - 45,000 with circa 15,000 bonus potential, company car, phone, laptop etc Hours - Full time, 22 days holiday Company turnover circa 50 million established for over 30 years. You will be part of the external new business sales team, and be responsible for targeting new business wins, covering a territory focused on the major cities including of London, Cardiff, Bristol, Exeter and Southampton and many others, covering an area spanning Gloucester, Norfolk, down to Cornwall, and the South East and South West of the UK. You must be able to demonstrate a consistent record of achieving new business wins with an order value of 40,000 - 500,000 Be a new business salesperson and not someone looking to grow existing accounts Be from a solution sales background, ideally having sold business services to the commercial sector Having a knowledge of facilities management and or property management is advantageous You will need to be pro-active in your approach to work and have a willingness to "muck in" In return our client can offer you excellent career progression, and scope to grow and manage a team.
