Barrachd is a fast-growing Data Transformation and Analytics firm with our head office in Edinburgh but most of our colleagues are based from home across the UK. To support our growth, we are looking for a number of additional Project Managers to manage the delivery of our key projects, working with our existing team of experienced project managers and consultants. What you'll be doing: Carry out Sales handover meetings to ensure all required information is present and scope is understood by the delivery team lead internal and customer project kick-off meetings and build collaborative relationships that ensure we delight our customers produce and maintain project plans to ensure we deliver what we say we will, and look to avoid surprises work closely with clients, schedule and lead regular project calls or meetings to discuss or demonstrate progress and identify blockers as early as possible and agree how these could be removed lead Team Huddles to gather accurate information to complete client-quality project reports showing risks, issues, decisions and actions, relevant for all stakeholders schedule appropriate resources, track progress to plan and ensure that we bill resources accurately What we're looking for: Significant experience as a project manager delivering client software implementations. experience with digital transformation, data analytics, or business intelligence projects would be ideal knowledge of the project lifecycle with proven ability to deliver projects to defined governance and the ability to follow a specified methodology e.g. Prince2 or Agile the ability to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones allocating appropriate resources using appropriate tools management of project finances and budgets excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience compiling and managing key project artefacts to a high standard What's in it for you?
