Research Manager This is a club for successful business owners, entrepreneurs and investors in the property sector, who come together in structured workshops and at regular events to share opportunities and collaborate. They are a full-time team of six working remotely and they avoid rush-hour like the plague The club is searching for a Research Manager who will work alongside the founder, a serial entrepreneur and property developer, on a new and exciting initiative. About the Role The role is very interesting and offers the chance to gain a deep understanding of property, business and risk. The candidate's efforts will build upon the club's success to date and gives the successful candidate the chance to be a part of something new that will grow and add serious commercial value to the business. The Research Manager will be responsible for: - Collating and consolidating reports and briefs on a wide range of topics which gives the candidate the chance to absorb and enormous amount of information - Conducting background research on strategies, businesses and individuals in order to compile data-driven, informative and relevant content to be used in reports, presentations, videos and workshops - Working with the founder and his marketing team to package informative content to promote the business and its activities - Constantly seeking out ways in which content can be improved and evolve BENEFITS Culture & Lifestyle A big selling point of the employer is the culture and lifestyle. Package - Subject to experience - Basic salary: £28,000 - OTE: £30,000 REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience: Applicants must have 2:1 degree or degree minimum three years relevant experience.
