Overview
A well-known international luxury beauty business is recruiting a Financial Controller. They have an established global business across multiple channels and this role will be a key part of their business moving forward. You will report to the CFO and take responsibility for the accounting, cash flow management and finance operations for the French business. This is a broad role and you will deliver the financial accounting, management accounting, and controls. Including balance sheet, P&L, consolidation, cash flow management, sales & expense reporting and analysis. You will set up the controls and processes the business requires and lead the development of AP, Payroll, VAT, corporation tax and the implementation of NetSuite. You will have a small team under you to support you in delivery of these objectives. The successful candidate must speak French and will be a qualified accountant. You will have the ability to operate as a hands-on financial controller in a fast growth environment. You will combine this with a positive and innovative attitude, constantly looking to improve processes and drive performance. You will demonstrate the ability to operate commercially and influence senior colleagues in the business. This role will be paying a very strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package. It will be based in Central London (zone 1).
