Overview

IT Support Technician / 2nd Line / CRM IT Support Technician Leeds Up to £28,000 Your new role Assist with the day to day support of the IT and telephony infrastructure. Although the employee in this role will primarily be based in the Leeds office, they will be expected to cover all our office locations remotely, with some requirement to travel to other sites as and when needed. Proactively participate in the day to day operations and tasks of a busy IT department. Document and deploy technical processes and procedures. Provide a technical escalation point. Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of new systems and services in consultation with IT Management. Monitor, administer and maintain all IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software and applications. Maintain an understanding and to comply with the groups policies and procedures. Provide cover for the IT Manager as and when required. Experience Needed Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of Citrix Xen technologies, Microsoft (especially Azure and O365), VoIP systems and LAN-WAN infrastructure. Excellent knowledge of firewalls and security platforms. Excellent knowledge of client / server certification processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good working knowledge of the Citrix environment. Any knowledge of administering CRM applications is highly desirable 08.45 - 17.15 Monday to Thursday and 08.45 - 16.00 every Friday.
