Overview
An interesting opportunity has arisen in central Leeds for a commercial contracts solicitor with 5 years' PQE in commercial and company law. The successful candidate will work with a leading Charities Team in a friendly and collegiate atmosphere with a diverse range of clients. This role requires you to advise principal charities and social enterprises on a range of commercial matters. You will need experience in drafting, reviewing, reporting on and negotiating commercial contracts of all shapes and sizes, contracts for services, standard terms and conditions, memorandum of understanding service level agreements and trading arrangements as you will assist the team with the development of precedents.
