Restructuring Solicitor Leeds I am working with a modern and innovative national Top 50 practice who are looking for Restructuring Solicitor to join their new dedicated team in Leeds. The Role Based in Leeds city centre you will be involved in advising an impressive list of clients on a broad range of Insolvency and Restructuring matters including: Supporting Insolvency Practitioners Banks and Asset based lenders Advising company Directors and businesses with financial difficulties Advising on turnaround and Directors duties Contentious Insolvency issues acting for Insolvency Practitioners and Creditors in recovering funds As well as assisting a Partner on a complex caseload you will also carry your own smaller caseload. About You You should: Be a Restructuring Solicitor with at least 1 yr PQE gained at a large regional or national practice Have strong academics 2:1 or above at degree level Be excellent technically Work well within a team but be confident enough to work independently The Team and Firm The team is relatively new in Leeds but is part of a larger team nationally. The Leeds team is headed by a well-known, experienced and approachable restructuring Partner. The culture of the firm really is different here, with no ego's, no bureaucracy and a grown up and common-sense attitude to work. There is flexibility, remote working, hot desking as default positions rather than something you feel uncomfortable asking about. Salary is competitive dependent on experience benefits.
