Are you an experienced Consultant from within the Flexible benefits/ Employee Benefits/ HR or Pensions Industry? We have an exciting new opportunity to join a market leading firm who offer fast-moving technology focused employee benefits solutions to employers. Our client is enjoying a period of growth resulting from big business wins and an undisputed reputation within the Industry and are looking for top talent to join their firm. Working within the Consulting team you will be responsible for offering advice to customers on benefit options within the flexible benefit scheme, writing scheme designs for a range of products, working closely with the wider team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship. Internally you will be responsible for training, coaching and delegating to those within the team.
