Occupational Health - Clinical Lead - £45K - Brighouse Area: West Yorkshire & North West Area Benefits: • Salary Range: £42,000 – 45,000 • 33 days holiday (25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays) • Pension Amber Mace are working with an innovative client, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated, looking to expand their current knowledge further. The Clinical Lead role will combine undertaking case management and leading a team of occupational health professionals to meet the high standards of service provision required by the business and its customers. Deputising for the Directors in their absence and co-ordinating and providing full range of occupational health services. The Role: • To maintain and develop adequate Clinical Resources, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and ensuring competency employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities, and organising the supply of suitable and sufficient equipment. • To support the marketing strategy and review clinical resources used for expanding new and existing customer provision, evaluate available tenders and co-ordinate business application. • Evaluate available tenders, co-ordinate business application and appropriate follow up • Ensuring all clinical policies and procedures meet the current standards of best practice and maintain SEQOHS standards and other quality accreditations. • To ensure the implementation of a quality improvement programme within the business and audit the effectiveness of services & systems of work to gain and maintain identified quality accreditation and best practice standards. • Assessing and reviewing the health needs of the customers, ensuring the correct provision of services to all customers following initial assessment and continued delivery and protecting the business where the customer choses non-compliance. • Overseeing the Screening, Hygiene and Admin Teams to ensure prompt and appropriate completion of the Utilisation Reports and to assess and review the health needs of the customers & arrange recall work. • Undertaking fitness to work health assessments at pre-placement and where there are concerns regarding an employee’s safety at work providing advice on the adaptation of work where appropriate. • Carrying out health surveillance • Undertaking case management Requirements:
