Here at Sacco Mann, we are working closely alongside a highly reputable, boutique firm in their search for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join the team as a senior associate. This south Manchester based firm strive to offer an alternative and bespoke service to a full range of high net worth clients across the North West. Their impressive commercial team take a client forward approach to law and pride themselves on building strong professional relationships. They have continuously been ranked highly by the Legal 500 for their work and are now searching for an experienced commercial solicitor to join the team as a senior associate. To be ideal for this role, you will be a commercial solicitor with four or more years of experience in non-contentious commercial matters. This will be a role in which you will be carrying your own caseload as well as assisting the partners on range of commercial matters including IT contracts, licensing agreements, data protection and trading agreements to name a few.
