Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist fit out and refurbishment sub-contractor based in Newcastle. This position has come about due to the growth of the Company so as a result our client are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The successful individual will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit out and refurbishment field and be capable of running multiple fit out projects. This position will be office based but will involve visiting different sites when needed so a UK driving licence will be required Quantity Surveyor Position Overview Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Experience required: Fit out background working as a Quantity Surveyor Location: Newcastle Job type: Permanent Salary: £35,000 Start date: ASAP Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements Construction related degree (desirable) Background working as a Quantity Surveyor for a fit out contractor UK driving license Attention to detail Strong IT skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
