A exciting and varied role has arisen for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a busy office in a leading commercial building fit out company. Due to success and expansion this rewarding and challenging opportunity has arisen. About the company: Providing products and solutions to businesses throughout the UK, the company specialises in: Interior design Project management Refurbishments and new fit-outs Duties & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids and tenders Sub contract tender analysis Working closely with the design teams to manage project specifications Managing variations Site visits and tender review meetings Preparation of final accounts Preparing of project budgets Experience & Skills needed of the Quantity Surveyor Previous experience in a similar role Sound MS Office skills Attention to detail, high efficiency and commercial acumen Flexible team focused approach Experience from a fit out, construction or consultancy business In return for the Quantity Surveyor: A competitive salary DOE Career progression opportunities in a fast paced office A great working environment and benefits Central location with free parking
