Our close-knit team is responsible for over 800 technologists across 6 different European sites, we're looking for a mid-level project manager with experience in HR to join our growing team for 12 months, and help us shape new initiatives across our division. If you have strong HR knowledge and/or have project management skills, this role could be for you. How you’ll spend your days Have overall responsibility for delivering Tech HR projects under the guidance of our Head of People. Help to create and agree the overall approach for the projects, define the plan and milestones needed to deliver Collaborate closely with our People Partners within Technology and across the Ocado Group Be the single point of contact for the projects, offering strategic oversight. Support Engineering Directors and their senior leadership to assess and develop detailed plans whilst identifying delivery risks and putting in place mitigating actions. Identifying and mobilising the right resources to support key projects including forums and feedback loops. Provide timely data and analysis to support effective action and decision making e.g. sourcing relevant MI to support proactive management. Establish and track key metrics to keep on top of progress and provide regular periodic status reports to the Head of People for Technology, and the Technology People Team. We’re passionate about people with A strong understanding of HR principles and functions, including understanding of people impacts and implications during change Previous experience of being a project manager on projects with people impact from 20 to 500. Confident with working with and influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating and directing to drive the project forward. Experience working through multiple interdependencies and complexity to start producing value in a short period of time. Experience of being flexible and adapting to changing information and requirements quickly.
