FINANCE DIRECTOR
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You will be building the finance department from scratch, growing your own team and developing the finance strategy. You’ll be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, balance sheet analysis, cash flow management and creating robust reporting processes. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, proactively manage the financial targets and ensure complete financial compliance, working closely with the auditors to ensure financial regulatory and tax filings are executed on time. Proven head of finance/finance director experience gained within the travel industry Highly numerate, with strong financial planning and analysis skills Skilled in creating and implementing reporting processes Prior balance sheet and P&L responsibilities Effective leadership skills Superb communication skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, evolving environment
