It is this approach that continues to give them an excellent referral network. The role The firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their flourishing Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office. You will work as part of the employment team out of the firms Hoddesdon office, the plan is to slowly take over from a senior solicitor as they work towards retirement, this is a really good opportunity to take over a busy and very active caseload. You will handle all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients and build and develop your own caseload with a commercial emphasis. You will be expected to be able to handle matters including but not limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload. Due to the firm's growth plans and size of department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression. Requirements You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience) You will deal with a high-quality caseload of employment work You should have a good technical knowledge A meticulous eye for detail is essential Salary is negotiable and dependent depending on your level of experience This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join this well-known regional firm based in their Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office.
