An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly firm with an excellent reputation across Private Client and commercial matters. This is a permanent, full time position at their office in Lancaster. Role Overview As the appointed Commercial Solicitor, your role will involve the following: To provide clients with a top-quality personal service specialising in all aspects of commercial property work. This is an opportunity to progress within this highly regarded practice. Key Accountabilities: Demonstrate technical ability in all aspects of property work. Maintain the existing caseload and develop the client base to achieve personal profitability against targets. Integrate and become actively involved in the regional commercial communities. Actively network and raise the profile of the firm, attending local / regional functions and events. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client documents/information. Candidate profile The business is seeking a Lawyer with the following attributes: 5 PQE as a Commercial Solicitor Proven background in Commercial Property Experience in dealing with clients at a high level and a proven ability to market successfully their expertise. Experience of working with clients. Agricultural property and relating matters would also be advantageous. Our client has an excellent reputation across Private Client and commercial matters and is well known for the quality of work. You will be joining an exceptionally well managed and friendly firm with a loyal client base. On Offer For this Commercial Property position, there is a salary of circa £40,000 - £50,000 per annum on offer.
