If the answer to these questions is yes, then keep reading and apply today Responsibilities Full responsibility for managing changes within sales planner and ensuring customer sales price are entered into SAP Promotional planning for future promotional activities and that they are aligned with RG&P guidelines Full accountability for creating promotional and new line forms for clients promotions Liaising with supply and demand planners to review base levels and ensuring sufficient stock levels are managed on time Working closely with the shipper team and managing the shipper process to ensure activation lands in time within store Attending internal admin forum meetings and sharing best practices with the rest of the team Communicating effectively with the field sales team and managing promotional compliance for the account Responsible for validating and coding invoices and ensuring all back dated invoices are cleared Resolving invalid deduction/invoice queries to resolution Required Behaviours Taking personal accountability for delivering the highest standards for the customer base and wider team Good and effective Time Management Team Player, able to communicate at all levels within the wider team both internally and externally Apply a positive and can do attitude and execute brilliantly the tasks at hand Delivering Business KPI's Essential Requirements Good knowledge of excel including pivot tables PC Literate Effective Communicator Self Motivated & able to use own Initiative Numeracy, analytical Attention to detail If you are interested in this position please do not hesitate to apply below for immediate consideration.
