Senior Business Analyst | Oxford This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Senior Business Analyst with a client I am working with in Oxford. This is an opportunity to work in a software services company, collaborating with clients to create custom web applications. They provide expertise that start-ups don't have in-house and the agility that large corporate's often lose. The focus of the role will be on designing and delivering bespoke systems for our customers. You will be working closely with a System Architect and within a project team to design and deliver systems that evidence early value to the customer whilst rapidly getting a minimal viable product live. Key skills: Strong and innovative problem-solving skills. Experience of challenging, understanding and building business processes within organisations. Experience of detailing requirements, including thought for the UX, for complex and large systems. The flexibility to work across multiple domains and products. The ability to make decisions based on the right combination of data and instinct. Experience of working in an Agile environment (especially Kanban and Scrum).
