IT Support Officer Salary: £11.00 per hour Location: Wakefield Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours (Mon-Fri) Contract: Temporary Duration: 1st April 2020 - 24th April 2020 (Cover while team complete off-site project) Overview An opportunity has become available for an IT Support Officer. We are on the lookout for an experienced IT professional. This position is to cover the IT team while they complete a project off-site. The successful candidate will be working alongside the (IM&T Manager) to service around 600 employees both F2F and over the telephone. IT Support Officer Responsibilities: Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). Setting up accounts for new users. IT Support Officer Requirements: Extensive knowledge of IT gained from working in an IT helpdesk environment for a minimum of 1 year. Experience and Knowledge of working with Windows 10. Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Office 365 applications including Teams and SharePoint. Confident to answer IT queries both on the telephone and face to face.
