Overview
A chance to join one of the UK's largest soft drink manufacturer as a Building Maintenance Superivsor. Applicants will ideally have supervisory experience and building maintenance experience. Client Details The chance to work for the UK's largest soft drink manufacturer on one of their flagship sites in Uxbridge. Description Fabric/general maintenance Supervision of the building Facilities Risk assess task before completion, including assessment of contractor's work Fire Marshall & First Aider Quality Control checks following meter readings Monitoring stock levels of consumables Provide ad h cover for Reception Duties as required L responsible Manage the day to day responsibilities of the Facilities and Operations team Profile Supervisory experience Experience in general building and fabric maintenance Electrical Engineering degree - desirable City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 - desirable City & Guilds thEdition qualification - desirable Proven Experience in Building Management Systems Highly Organised Pro-active Strong communication Interpersonal skills Excellent client relationship skills Service focused Ability to work on own initiative / unsupervised The following would be an advantage: CCTV operation IOSHor NEBOSH trained Fire Marshall Certificate First Aid Certificate Accredited to process RAMS Job Offer Competitive salary Annual leave bank holidays Benefits Package Pension Healthcare Training
