Overview

We are currently recruiting for a candidate to join Salisbury Group as Compliance Technical Support based in Milton Keynes. To become part of the Salisbury compliance/asset management team bringing experience and technical knowledge to ensure continued compliance across all contracts. Being able to provide a technical overview of submitted statutory/compliance documentation submitted into the CAFM system. The candidate will be reporting to the Asset Manager, working as part of a team based in the Milton Keynes office. Principle Duties and Responsibilities To undertake daily reviews of compliance/statutory documentation from either self-delivered work or sub-contractor delivery that is submitted to Maximo, ensuring clear and concise information is subsequently provided to compliance administration for any remedial actions to be created in line with contractual and/or legal requirements. The ability to identify any non-compliance of the submitted documentation is essential with attention to detail paramount. The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers in order to address any issues identified to enable timely resolution To provide cover during periods of absence to ensure the team and business are not compromised. To provide assistance as required to the Asset Manager in the maintenance of asset information contained within Maximo, completing service change requests within agreed service level agreements. To provide support to the Asset Manager as required during periods of contract mobilisations. Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent NEBOSH fire safety qualification NEBOSH or IOSH H&S qualification Engineering qualification in either- Electrical/ Gas/ AC/ Mechanical- City & Guilds or NVQ Essential Knowledge,Skills and Experience for this role Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Desirable Knowledge,Skills and Experience for this role CAFM experience, preferably Maximo Fire safety awareness Fire risk assessment awareness Fire alarms and life safety systems awareness Asset Management awareness Building service and building systems awareness Previous compliance exposure This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89868943
